Our Story

Mermac Mink Oil has been a family-run business since 1989. It began when Lou and Keith purchased the company and started with just one product – the original Mermac Mink Oil. For more than 36 years, Mermac has grown through the dedication and hard work of multiple generations of the family.

Today, the company is proudly operated by Kelli, along with her son, daughter, and grandchildren – making Mermac a four generation family business. In 2018, when Lou passed, Kelli stepped into ownership with a commitment to continue her mother's legacy and keep Mermac rooted in family values, quality, and customer care.

Over the years, Mermac has expanded from one product to a full line of leather care solutions, now sold in 49 states. Even as the business grows, the heart of the company remains the same: family, craftsmanship, and doing right by the customers who trust Mermac products every day.
